We have a great AI-powered voice biometrics and speech recognition solution, and we are looking for a skilled Python Developer who will help us ensure the seamless delivery of our products to customers. Are you ready to accept this challenge?
Your Role
As a Senior Python Developer, you will:
work closely with your self-managed team, mentor colleagues and support their growth,
help break down epics and provide technical estimates,
design product architecture and implement complex features,
suggest improvements across technical and product areas,
work with technical consultants to understand and address customer needs,
present your work at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Skills You Will Need
To excel in this role, you should be proficient in:
Strong Python programming skills with production experience,
experience with REST API design, databases, and containerization,
knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Modular Monolith architecture, or SaaS development is a plus,
curiosity and proactivity-you enjoy exploring new solutions and take initiative to improve things,
Czech and English: you will use these languages with our worldwide customers and around our office.

You will be working from our offices in Brno-Královo pole. We value team cooperation, and we believe that team spirit arises from personal interactions. However, a home office 2 days per week is also possible 😊
